HBO Europe is premiering its first series in december, and there will be three music pieces we have recorded some time ago with my former band Bottega Baltazar.
The series is called Foodie Love and is directed by Isabel Coixet and produced by Miss Wasabi Films.
Our work for Electrolux is finally online.
Commissioned by Electrolux to celebrate its 100th anniversary it features a soundtrack composed using samples from the assembly line and a live musician.

A new record published by Squilibri and Club Tenco pays tribute to Gianni Siviero, a songwriter that between 1972 and 1976 worked with the likes of Nicola Piovani and Dario Fo.

I just finished a piece for the ending sequence of Daniela Lucato‘s Mamma Dorme. It features Francesco Ganassin on bass clarinet and me on piano and my old bandoneon.

I am very happy for being invited to perform at the 2nd mediterranean music therapy meeting.
I will be performing with New Landscapes and we will play some songs from our soon-to-be-released album Menhir.
The use of more or less recent archival footage is consistently intelligent and intersects together well with the magistral score by composer Sergio Marchesini, with the direct sound recorded by sound engineer Alberto Cagol, and with the sound editing of Riccardo Spagnol. Their work immerses the viewer, with a polished audio landscape and some very evocative music, into this small microcosm of North-East Italy, and helps the film say a lot when words are not enough.

I recently composed some music for Raffaella Rivi‘s short films for Artvision Plus, in collaboration with the Management of Arts and Culture Laboratory @ Ca’ Foscari University.
The project is aimed at developing new solutions for the development of the less-known tourist destinations, based on the valorization of the cultural heritage and on a new concept of promotion.
The project involved different musicians and artists from the area like: Debora Petrina, New Landscapes, Vasco Mirandola, Francesco Socal, Loris Contarini, Marco Tizianel, Nena Agosti, Rareş Gabriel Cîrlan.
Andrea Segre’s latest documentary, “Il Pianeta in Mare” will premiere at the Venice Film Festival on the 5th of September. I composed the film’s original score.
Currently working on a composition for Electrolux, featuring sounds recorded at the assembly line and sound performances by Francesco Ganassin. It will be used for a video installation by Raffaella Rivi / D20. Stay tuned.
